Requesting some feedback to validate my idea

Do you see a real need in adding multi-language support to websites? Here's the idea:

1. Enter a website URL.

2. The app grabs all the content of the website (into snippets of text), and automatically translates it into some selected languages.

3. Through the app you manage your translations (e.g. improve the translations, assign selected snippets/languages to professional translators, mark translations as complete).

4. Easy setup: Copy/paste some code in your template which adds translation buttons that instantly switches the content to the clicked language.

5. The app periodically checks every page of the website for new content and adds it to the app (for review and correction).

TL;DR: Automatically translate your website content into multiple languages. Easily manage the translations through a web app.

Questions:

1. What's your personal opinion? Does it solve a real problem or is it just "nice to have"?

2. I have already build a lighter version of this and selling it on Envato. It has generated 30 sales over 6 months. Could this data be used to validate my idea, and how? With an SaaS app it would be easier to receive feedback/validate an idea (closer interaction with users, daily releases, etc.). So I'm thinking if its even possible to use the Envato platform to validate my idea.

I'd like to ask some questions to validate my idea. Please respond.

1. Do you have some needless things like clothes, or books, or mobile phones which are only overloading your house?

2. How do you solve this problem?

3. If you have a possibility to swap those things to something useful or to lease them, would you take this advantage?

Another company is advertising Google Adwords with our company's name, what can I do about it?

We have good traffic and pretty popular in our niche, and our competitor is actually using our company name as one of their Google Adwords keywords. So basically every time you search for our company's name, their company's ad shows up. I want to know if there's anything I can do about this. Can I sue them? or take action against them?

When do you expand your startup internationally

We're thinking about launching our business locally, but we'd like to know when we should expand to international territories. What is the best sign for us to know when we should, or how we should expand?

I am trying to build out a hardware device + its operating software. I am predicting at least 2 years for it to complete, what should I do? How can I survive 2 years without having any income and working full time on this?

Should I spend a lot of time trying to get famous people to endorse my site?

Hi, I'm building a site, and I see a lot of websites have experts that endorse the websites.

I've just recently started emailing experts in my field to give me testimonials with not much help.

1. Is this something I should be doing now?

2. What is the best way to get these experts to respond and help me?

Outsourcing my idea? Pros and Cons?

I have a great idea and I would like to build it. However, I don't know how to code, and I cannot find a technical co-founder. Some people suggested that I outsource my app.

The things I'm worried about are:

1. How can I make sure they wont steal my idea?

2. How do I know the fee they charge me (per hour or not) is fair?

3. What can I do after the app is built? Do I continue to work with them, or maybe they can get the product off to a stable state?

4. What is the best way to qualify the team?

5. What can I do during the process? I'd hate it if I can only wait for it to be finished.

6. How can I monitor their work while they work?

Any other things I should be worried about?

Thanks!
