When should you incorporate?

Hi, I an just about to launch my product and am wondering when I should incorporate, and what type of company should I incorporate in? LLC? S company? C Company?

Also, which state should I incorporate in. Most people say incorporate in Delaware, but I also heard great things about Nevada.

What's the difference between incorporating in those different states?

Does anyone know what % of funded startups fail vs. bootstrapped ones?

I'm asking this question because my co-founder and I are thinking about getting funding, but he's against it and wants to bootstrap. I'm trying to understand if being funded really make a difference.

How to monetize end users?

VCs are the new investment bankers.... Angle investors are the new VCs... and banks are reluctant to lend. It's more important now than ever before to begin generationg revenue as soon as possible. Aside from a monthly/quarterly subscription fee, in what ways can you generate revenue with subscribers?

How come nobody has tried out something like a Pinterest for video?

Pinterest is a pretty awesome platform for images. However, is there something like Pinterest but with videos?

What are some of the good marketing channels in India?

This guide has a lot of great global websites but I am launching a website for India.

If I am building a general purpose website with everyday users in mind, what are some of the best marketing channels for India, that are free of course.

Fighting the uphill battle - don't know what to do next?

i'm building a travel website where the platform provides you with your travel packages based on your budget.

i'm currently quite stressed with the fact that I am outsourcing my project out to a team of 3, but their progress seems so slow and my project just can't off the ground. i don't have a co-founder so i was recommended by a friend to go on odesk and freelance to find some outsourcing partners or teams to work on the project for me.

can someone tell me what i can do next so that i can speed up the progress or get somewhere?

Which kind of co-founder should I choose - Hustler or Hacker?

Personally I am a pretty weak coder and can do simple Wordpress/HTML/CSS stuff. I know very little PHP, so I wouldn't even consider it useful enough for me to code something functional.

I'm looking for a cofounder now and I am wondering if I have the choice to choose between a hustler (someone who can get partners, do the business side of things real well) vs. a hacker (someone who codes and creates products), which one is a better choice for me?

I mean, I understand that that once we have some kind of evidence of success, it'll be a lot easier to find funding or get another person to hop onboard.

Can someone tell me what's the best choice for me now?

When do you know you should pivot

Sorry, I'm pretty new in the lean startup scene, and I have been hearing a lot of "pivots", and I've done some reading on it.

Most of the material I read tells all the kinds of pivots, like the ones Eric Ries points out. However, I wasn't quite convinced about when someone should pivot. So when do you know you are overdue for a pivot?

What kind of websites require marketing and what kinds only require "growth hacking"?

We're thinking about building a startup, and from what I read in the website, it seems like some websites require more marketing budget than others. Is there a better way to explain this phenomena? and are there some case studies someone can share to shed some light on this issue?
