Hi, I am thinking about building using the Raspberry Pi as the basis of my startup. Maybe even contracting a factory in China to help me modify the existing solution. In terms of hardware stuff, does the lean startup apply as well?

I personally think e-learning will just get bigger because nowadays there's so much knowledge on the internet, many top universities are all making an effort to build their online presence.

We're in our MVP phase, and I've read in the guide that we should charge if we are buliding a SaaS (software as a service). We are afraid that if we charge, then people won't use our service anymore. It's a dilemma.
